With the 13-14 cycle slowly getting underway, it is important to make sure that you, and those who support Banner, understand some of the new and existing features in Banner. Since technology support seems to be lacking and financial resources are slim, it is important to take advantage of FREE training opportunities as they arise. That is why on October 26th at 2:00 pm (EST), we will be hosting our first of two FREE webinars covering new year roll. The first session will cover concepts regarding institutional setup (for single or multiple locations), the creation of payment periods in relationship to memo and disbursement date, tracking groups with enhanced functionality to identify C-Flags and ISIR reject/comments codes, and making the most out of the self-service components that are available in base-line Banner.
