Craig has been working in the field of financial aid since 1999 and has been employed by community colleges, public universities, and private liberal arts colleges. He earned a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 2006.

Among his responsibilities as a financial aid officer are review and verification of files, grant and loan administration, reconciliation, R2T4 processing, Satisfactory Academic Progress reporting, and writing reports for numerous surveys and data requests, including FISAP and CDS, the USNWR, IPEDS, etc. Craig has experience with COD, EdConnect, CollegeBoard IDOC, FAA Access, and NLSDS. Craig is most proficient in the use of PowerFAIDS technology and uses ARGOS as a supplement to PowerFAIDS.
