Keturah has thirty years of experience in Higher Education. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She started her career in Higher Education at Howard University. While at Howard, she worked as a phone operator, data entry clerk and a Financial Aid counselor. After leaving Howard University she worked with for-profit education, State/Private universities as well as Community Colleges.

Keturah has twenty years of experience processing federal verification following the compliance guidelines set forth by the U. S. Department of Education and university policies and procedures. She has experience with the Perkins Loan program, Teach Grants, the Federal Work Study program, scholarships, state grants, satisfactory academic progress, and various other financial aid processes. She also has experience with Student Orientation. Throughout her career, she has utilized various Student Information Systems, including but not limited to, PeopleSoft, Banner, and CampusVue.
