The Higher Education Assistance Group, Inc. (HEAG) is actively seeking Financial Aid Professionals to work on campus, with our clients in the state of Massachusetts. Applicants must be able to fill interim positions with direct knowledge of direct responsibilities in a Financial Aid Office such as customer service, awarding, R2T4 processing, reconciliation, Satisfactory Academic Progress, CSS Profile experience and other daily tasks within an aid office. Prior financial aid consulting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently in a mostly remote capacity. Contracted assignments can be both short and long term and may include travel (very little during the current pandemic but some requests do occur). Hours can also vary by assignment. We assign candidates based on their availability and place them to succeed within their strongest skill-sets and background in the school’s SIS utilization.
