Tammi comes to HEAG with over 12 years of financial aid and customer service experience. She is passionate about her work, as she enjoys helping people achieve their goals. Tammi has worked in various aspects of the industry including front-end packaging and awarding and Return to Title IV back -end processing. She has served as a Financial Aid Counselor, Director of Financial Aid and as an R2T4 training manager for various institutions of higher learning in Pennsylvania and Arizona. She has also managed, awarded, and reconciled the Federal Supplemental Opportunity Grant (FSEOG). Tammi has worked with both clock hour and credit hour programs in both standard and borrower-based academic years. Considering her experience and knowledge in the industry, she considers R2T4 as her financial aid strong point and looks forward to those opportunities. She has used various financial aid platforms in the industry to include: CampusVue, Peoplesoft, and FAME, and is always eager to learn more.
