The Executive/Director of Financial Aid is the strategic and operational leader of the department. They are customarily responsible for:

• Maintaining compliance with Title IV Requirements
• Developing policies and procedures
• Implementing new initiatives, including re-engineering and streamlining existing processes
• Optimizing enrollment strategies and awarding philosophies to increase enrollment and retention
• Developing Training and Professional Development Opportunities
• Internal and external audits, reporting and data analysis
