Mark Malboeuf is an experienced financial aid professional with more than 20 years of experience. Before taking early retirement, Mark worked for the US Department of Education as a Senior Institutional Review Specialist in the NY/Boston regional office. His primary functions included conducting program reviews and completing audit resolutions.  As part of his duties, he was responsible for writing program review reports, making final program review determinations, resolving audit issues, reviewing files, and making sure overall Title IV compliance was maintained. His expertise includes working with Department of Education regulations and systems, such as COD, NSLDS, and Partner Connect.

Mark has previously worked as a financial aid director and as a consultant for HEAG. He is a veteran of the United State Air Force and graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in political science and history.
