Lindsay has 19 years of financial aid experience and Title IV compliance. Lindsay holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University. In her current role as Senior Director of Financial Aid – Systems and Quality Assurance, she currently leads a geographically dispersed team who oversees Title IV training, various state aid programs, Federal Work Study, institutional scholarships and grants, financial aid quality assurance, and all items related to systems management.

Lindsay has extensive systems knowledge Anthology, COD, NSLDS, FAFSA Partner Portal, SAIG, and Ed Connect. Within her role, she plans, tests, implements, trains and evaluates systems to support student financial aid operations, including daily file transfers, exception resolution, required Federal and State reporting, and Title IV program reconciliation. In addition, she is certified in Lean Six Sigma which enables her to review processes and identify areas to increase efficiencies and improve financial aid processing.
