Krystyna commenced her professional journey in the healthcare sector, where she collaborated with patients and healthcare professionals to address patient requirements. Subsequently, she transitioned to the education field, serving as a Student Information Coordinator for a large school district, where she oversaw a budget of $22 million for the Special Education Department. In this role, she ensured professional customer service for 5,500 special education students and addressed inquiries from parents, administration, state organizations, vendors, evaluators, outside districts, and attorneys at various levels. As the Student Information Coordinator, Krystyna was responsible for maintaining files that provided state assistance to the district for high-cost special needs students, which included accounting for LEA, private programs, collaboratives, and the comprehensive data associated with individual students.
Krystyna is skilled in utilizing computer-based tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, and enterprise resource planning systems. She has a background in office management, with experience encompassing payroll, human resources, finance, communications, procurement, and accounts payable. Krystyna is an alumnus of Bay Path University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Operations Management and a minor in Psychology.
