Dr. Meaghan Isgett is a higher education professional with over 12 years of experience advancing student success, financial operations, and enrollment systems across diverse institutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Virginia and her Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. She completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Coastal Carolina University.

With a proven record of building and optimizing student-centered administrative structures, she has led key functions spanning bursar operations, financial aid, enrollment services, and cross-departmental student support. She’s served in progressive leadership roles, including Bursar, Director of Student Accounts, and Director of Student Financial Services, where she developed streamlined processes, strengthened compliance and accountability, and enhanced the student experience through data-driven service delivery and technology integration.
