Chanae Hodge

Chanae Hodge, Ed.D. has extensive expertise in the field of Financial Aid and Higher Education Administration. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration, both from Drexel University, as well as B.S. and B.A. degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania.

With more than 15 years of experience in Financial Aid, Dr. Hodge has held executive-level leadership roles across a broad spectrum of institutional environments—graduate and undergraduate, domestic and international, public and private, including HBCUs, PWIs, and both rural and urban campuses.

A member of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) and the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA), Dr. Hodge is recognized for her specialized expertise in compliance turnarounds, operational re-optimizations, and strategic management within apex and elite multi-campus institutions. Her comprehensive knowledge and strategic leadership have consistently advanced efficiency, accountability, and excellence across the institutions she has served.
