Brian Eiermann
Brian Eiermann brings over a decade of higher education experience, specializing in financial aid administration and advancing college access and equity initiatives. They have held Counselor, Assistant Director, and Associate Director level roles, and their work is further informed by their experiences with the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education and various community-based nonprofits.
Brian is particularly experienced in developing and implementing customer service initiatives, managing the Return to Title IV and verification processes, packaging federal, state, and institutional financial aid, and counseling students and families to help them make informed and sustainable decisions. They have developed proficiencies with a number of systems, including PowerFAIDS, Workday, Colleague, Salesforce, and Peoplesoft, and have extensive experience supporting both traditional and non-traditional undergraduate, graduate, and professional student populations.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Wheelock College and lives north of Boston with their husband and a small menagerie of pets.
