Bethany Fantaisa
Bethany Fantasia is a seasoned higher education professional with nearly two decades of experience in Student Financial Services and Enrollment Management. Since beginning her career in Student Accounts in 2006, Bethany has held leadership roles at several small to mid-sized private, nonprofit colleges and universities.
Throughout her career, Bethany has successfully led cross-functional teams encompassing Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and Continuing Education. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of Student Financial Services, including student billing and payments, managing accounts receivable and collections, financial aid awarding, disbursing and Title IV and state aid reconciliations. She is also well-versed in federal regulations and audits, data reporting (including IPEDS and FISAP), and federal drawdowns via G5.
Bethany is known for her ability to bridge operational gaps across departments such as Finance, Advising, IT, Student Life, Academic Affairs, and Residential Life. She brings a collaborative approach to ensure institutional compliance while enhancing the student experience.
