Throughout Vanessa’s career in financial aid, she has utilized Ellucian Colleague, importing ISIRS and assisting in the yearly roll over process. She is an active member of EASFAA and (Eastern Association Student Financial Aid Administrators) and NASFAA (National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators). Vanessa is proficient in the Department of Education systems along with the Maryland College Aid Processing System. In addition to financial aid, Vanessa is very knowledgeable with Admissions, Accounting, and Registrar’s practices and processes. She is passionate about retaining employees, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
