Loriann Weiss has dedicated her career in Financial Aid and Student Services for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Education with a Specialization in Enrollment Management for Higher Education. Her education and experience include working as a Director of Financial Aid, Director of Student Central and Regional Director of Financial Aid in both the private and public college sectors. Loriann is student centric driven and ensures that the student experience is of high priority.
She manages staff with the utmost care and trains staff on Title IV regulations and Institutional policies and procedures. Loriann has also been involved in the implementation and served as a training subject matter expert with the PeopleSoft, Banner, Campus Management and Salesforce databases. She has coordinated with executive team members to reach institution goals such as, excellent customer service, reducing student barriers, college retention initiatives and enrollment goals and ensures compliance is always maintained.
