Justin has been in the financial aid profession for 13 years, serving in a variety of roles, including Director and Senior Director of Financial Aid. He has worked at different types of institutions including proprietary, community college, HBCUs, and private liberal arts college which gives him a unique background with a wide array of experience in working with various student populations. Justin has experience with several student information systems and financial aid software including Ellucian Colleague, PowerFaids, Jenzabar EX & J1, SONIS, and Jenzabar JFA.

Justin has also served the greater financial aid community by participating on NASFAA taskforces and recently serving as the Vice President for the South Carolina Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SCASFAA).
