Adele began her financial aid career in 1981 at the New England College of Optometry and has worked at many colleges in Massachusetts. She was the assistant director at Bunker Hill Community College as well as the director at Bay State Junior College. She has also worked as a consultant at a number of schools including Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, Babson College, Middlesex Community College and Framingham State University, New College and the State College of Florida. She has extensive experience working in Banner and PowerFAIDS. Adele received her BA degree in psychology from Brandeis University.
