Late this afternoon, the United States Senate adopted (by voice vote) Amendment # 72 to H.R. 933, the Continuing Resolution (Continuing Appropriations Bill) that will fund the federal government through the end of Fiscal Year 2013 (September 30, 2013).  Senators Inhofe (Oklahoma) and Hagan (North Carolina) proposed Amendment 72 which would essentially restore military tuition assistance funding by the Department of Defense.
